何年か作り続けているWORKERSのオープンカラーシャツ。
もともとのイメージは、ピルグリムとか、どこかで見つけた古着の半袖シャツ。
小さな襟に、ループがついてるやつ。そんなバランスがいいな、と思ってた。
今年は、ちょっとだけ方向転換。
ポニーのマークでおなじみのあのブランド、ミスターRLをイメージして作った。
ループじゃなく、襟は横に開く仕様に。上までボタンを閉めたとき、襟がぴたっときれいに収まるように、首まわりも微調整している。
新しいけど、ちゃんとWORKERSらしい。そんなシャツになったと思う。
For the past few years, we've been making open-collar shirts.
Originally, the design was inspired by brands like Pilgrim and vintage short-sleeve shirts, featuring loop collars and small-sized collars.
This year, while still focusing on open-collar styles, we've changed the inspiration to Mr. RL, famous for the "pony" logo.
Instead of using a loop closure at the top, the collar now opens sideways.
We've also adjusted the neck measurements so you can button it all the way up and wear it neatly with the collar closed.

横糸をコットンに打ち替えたリネン・コットン混合素材。リネン100%より、しっかりした質感。
